By placing an order with Urban Buddha Farms, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the shipment and delivery of our products:

1. Nature of Product and Risk of Perishability: Our products are fresh, organic, and perishable food items sourced directly from our farmers. While we utilize industry best practices for packaging and cooling, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product once it leaves our facility and is under the control of the third-party shipping carrier. The risk of loss, damage, or spoilage during transit is assumed by the customer upon handover to the carrier.

Shipping Policy

The provided shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We rely on the accuracy of the shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate, complete, and that someone is available to receive the perishable goods promptly upon delivery to prevent spoilage.

Delivery time

  • Delivery time is typically 1 to 3 working days in Mumbai.

  • Standard delivery time is generally 3 to 7 working days outside Mumbai.
